"TriState Camera had the camera (Olympus TG-6) I wanted for work, and offered a value-packed kit to go with it. The camera was slightly discounted, but the kit is what sold me. I then bought two instead of just the one and my co-worker will get the second one. When I ordered it, I did not notice if it said which company would ship it for them, so when I received a phone call from one of the sales reps, asking for an actual address since it was going to be shipped via UPS, I was pleasantly surprised. To realize UPS would not ship to a mailbox is pretty awesome. "

Never have I seen a lens filter sold with no visible seal & the "Brand New" Nikon lens arrived in a plain white box with a sticker affixed giving a description of its contents & a UPC code. No product brochure. No warranty card. No instructions. Just a box with a bubble-wrapped lens inside. I have one more package coming Monday. Same thing. "Brand New". I did print out the listing of each item I ordered that clearly shows it was sold as "New". I'll wait till after the other package arrives but I know for a fact I'll be on the phone Tuesday. "
