It didn't deliver the next day. UPS directed me to the merchant, so I called TriState and their customer service representative, Michael, was extremely responsive. He called UPS and escalated, called me back (people never do when they say they will: Michael did). Lens didn't arrive on time (not TriState's fault), but Michael/Tristate refunded my the delivery cost because of UPS's snafu.
