"I ordered the Blackberry 8330 Housing Cover Faceplate Fascia W/LENS ( Black). I was pleased on how fast I received the housing, but I am very dissatisfied in the product. The lens on the faceplate is slowly protruding and coming off after a week or so which is allowing for a buildup of dust under the lens and above the screen."

Amendment for this company (8/4/2010)

Have been in touch with customer no-service about the defective equipment. They have offered to replace it and then did not, they tried to blame it on my local post office. After contacting them again they said they would ship it registered mail if i paid the shipping or they would send it with my next order{which will NEVER happen} with no additional shipping.

BEWARE of this company the merchandise is shoddy and they take no responsibility for it.

I will NEVER do business with them again and in my opinion I do not recommend anyone else to do business with them also"
