"The OEM RIM Blackberry Curve 8900 (RIM Javelin) faceplate top cover (Black color) arrived broken and unusable because it was not packaged with adequate padding to resist being crushed. The part arrived in a fair amount of time recognizing that it was sent internationally, however I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive 30 days after placing the request. The customer service representative (Rita) has been very friendly and responsive throughout this ordeal. I will try to track with this and give an update when ever the replacement part arrives."
