"I have recently ordered a full blackberry housing in red from Truesupplier. Their product and the after sales service was a real disappointment.

The colour of the housing was nothing like what was shown in the picture on their website. I contacted customer services on their live chat and requested a refund. I explained about the differences in colour, and that the colour of the print on my keyboard is black, but the website shown a white print keyboard. The customer service agent then asked me to send them a picture of my item as proof. After I sent the picutre by email, there was no reply. I called the next day, and the customer service agent insisted that they have sent me the "right item", as that is the only one they have in their warehouse; and that the differences in colour is probably due to ankle and lighting of photography.

I have never disputed that they have sent me the wrong item, and I can also understand the colour will be a little different to what is expected, but I wonder if they intentionally give their buyers false expectations as the fancy photography is simply misleading (I would post my own pictures if I could, but this is the link to the item I bought http://www.truesupplier.com/faceplate-housing-cover-for-blackberry-curve-8520-w-keypad-red-pr-21541.html).

I know it is only a small order, and I am not one of their 'big fish', but one can certainly expect better service from an ebay seller. In the end, a refund was offered, but I was asked to provide a tracking number for my return! It almost sounds as if I am doing some work for the company rather than being serve as a customer!
