Then i get the damaged package and was told they couldnt help me til I filed a claim with UPS which most companies do for you. On top of that they today 4/302004 offer to sell me a higher psu with the connector for the same amount as the first one. That is bogus they should either give me money back or send me one with the p6 connector but one of their sales guys told me that last time. They also told me in the email that it would cost as much as the power supply itself to pick it up and send me a new one with what i asked for. They get a bad rep from me and my company for this one not to mention i asked for upgraded shipping and it still arrived a day late and they shipped it the next day not the same day."

"Ordering and payment system was excellant. They shipped the product out the same day that I ordered. However, their packaging for shipping was very poor. Instead of using boxed material (to prevent damage), it was simply put inside a bag with two pieces of small cardboard wrapped on two sides. The problem was the sound card slipped in and out of this card board which was had minor damage to metal that connect to the computer case (screws) along with another piece bent. The product: IBEST 650w (LCT650w)

It seams to be a bare Power supply no 115v power cord and having 12v and 3.3v outlets in the rear is very handy BUT you shipped it with no cables to allow me to use these outlets and the Cables appear to be unique....

I thought I was getting a NEW powersupply not some left behind, open box, that is missing the components the Manufacture states the PowerSupply comes with.

Additionally I was told by your sales rep that the powesupply is discontinued,I contacted LCT the manufacture and there are no plans to discontinue the 650w supply.I am guessing that my order arrived when you where making decisions to not sell that product any more and THAT is why I got a power supply in some old brown box without the needed "Specialty"Cables for the 12v and 3.3v out lets.as well as no 115v power cord

So now I am curious to here your position on these complaints:

Shipping:
Paid 2day air got it in 6days.{Product shipped on Thursday from your location)
Open Box:
Incomplete No cables for Specialty 12v and 3.3 v outlets
and no 115v power supply cord.

I emailed a complaint about shipping. And was told the weekend cant be counted.I may be dumb but somehow I feel slapped by that comment.If you ship on Thursday someone explain to me why I did not get that delivery on Saturday ? I will skip Sunday and ask why not Monday ? Also there was confusion at your store when my money order arrived.I was told the power supply was discontinued no longer manufactured but you would somehow get me a supply.Well I called LCT the maker of the 650w supply and was told AFTER I WAS called back by them that in fact there is no plans to stop the manufacture of the 650w supply.So why did a sales rep at your company tell me that ?

I feel like you are seeing customers as Stupid and not smart enough to have any real reason to be upfront with them................................................
And I am offended.
