"I ordered a ten-pack of Digital Vinyl CD-R's (they look like vinyl records) from Shopperwiz.com. They shipped very fast using FedEx. They accidentally sent the same order twice (in fact, they only billed once). I e-mailed them and they said they could schedule FedEx to pick up the extra box (at no expense to me). The next day they e-mailed me and thanked me for my honesty and let me keep the extra ten-pack. They didn't have to do this, but it certainly gives me a favorable impression of how they do business. Would definitely buy from again."
