"I placed an order on line for a front bumper grill. I was sent an email that my order was placed and that most parts are shipped within 4 days. On the 5th day, I checked on the status of my part online -- still showed that my order was in process and not shipped. I personally called the parts department and he could not help me and I was transferred to the internet parts department and they did not answer. I called again later, same issue. The next day, I called parts department again and now I was told that the part is back ordered and it will take at least two weeks to get shipped from New York. I had to cancel my order and ordered the part via Ebay. Not happy with Tustin Toyota's Part Department. If the part is not in stock, they need to let me know on their website and let the customer know that it will take several weeks to get the part. They wasted my time and delayed the repair of my car."
