"I purchased SW motech side cases for $1200 and got them in a couple days. It’s now been 6 weeks and I still don’t have the mounting racks. I’m supposed to leave on a mc trip in 5 days on my new Vstrom 1000. The web page should have said the racks were not available so that I could have ordered another product. "

"I ordered a front and rear tire, as well as some handguards for my BMW R1200GS through the Canadian Twisted Throttle site. Although items were all out of stock, they were able to get them in an my order was shipped out in a few days. However, it was shipped with two front tires instead of a front and a rear. I called TT and they immediately emailed me a return label to ship the extra front tire back to them, and at the same time they shipped out the rear tire to me that I had originally ordered. Despite the small hiccup, TT did a good job of quickly correcting the error with no headaches or drama. Well done!"
