"I had a terrible experience with my first and definitely last purchase with uBid. Got a juicemaker sold through groupon, good price, reasonable shipping time. TERRIBLE customer service!! One of the parts was missing. Was trying to get it for one month - no success. Sent email - no reply. Called, got confirmation email would be shipped in the next 5 days - nope. Called again in two weeks - they were just sending it for delivery in another five business days. After 5 business days nothing came so called again to maybe get a tracking number and ended up speaking to a very rude and unprofessional supervisor which made me decide just to return the product. Let's see how that's going to work out! "
