I was gifted a Groupon. The site was not working properly when I tried to redeem it, so I spent over 90 mins on the phone waiting for a representative who assured me it would be processed by her.

Heard nothing after 3 weeks so emailed. No response. Emailed again a week later. No response. Spent 45 mins on hold to get through to someone who told me the order was never processed and has expired, so I should call Groupon for a refund.

I asked what the formal complaints procedure was and was told "we don't have one, but you could post a comment on our Facebook page".

They do not deserve anyone's business. "
