"I would NEVER reccommend UBid to any consumer looking for a REAL deal. My hudband was just deceived on 24k real gold 5 gram (exactly how the ad was on the computer) come to find out it was 5 GRAIN which is only $2.45 a grain. He paid $75 the bid even started at $44 not even close to the market price. I feel as I was taken advantage of. I have reported them to the BBB & will continue to let ppl know the truth behind the scam of UBid. After bringing this to the attention of UBid customer care I got a general response of total b.s."

"Even though everything turned out fine (except for below), there were some anxious days before I was able to confirm that the order was actually going to arrive. There was no information regarding tracking or delivery until I finally found it on the RedTag site, not from an email from UBid. The only problem is that the Hype keypad did not include the user manual, as stated on the "contents" sheet. Contacted UBid and they are going to try to get one from the vendor. The online chat person was a pleasure to work with, unlike some other sites I have dealt with."

"Upon arrival, product (refurb HP Compaq 6515B laptop computer) was inoperable. Emailed and called customer service, then vendor. Vendor is sending new adapter. If that doesn't solve the problem, product will be returned for repair, replacement or refund. Due to receiving a bad product, my current rating is 1 star, very dissatisfied. Ask me again next week.
