"I too was wary after reading feedback from earlier 2007. Merchant had best prices anywhere on Canon EF lenses so decided to take a chance with mid-sized trial order. Placed order on web & followed up by phone next day. Customer service person was polite, efficient and patient with slightly over-motivated customer (me). Shipment arrived on time as stated; goods exactly as described on web site. I since placed another order requesting they expedite to get order shipped by following day, which they did. My only complaint lies with UPS and their laziness on US1Photo's ground shipments. Amazon/UPS seem to be able deliver ground-ship orders at minimum end of ship-time estimate. Perhaps US1Photo can extract similar level of service out of their relationship with UPS. All in all, I will happily continue to give my (and others) business to US1Photo."
