"This has been a very bad experience for me. I have bought products from many internet based places, but never had problems like with this store. Today is Monday, october 22 and I am still waiting for my order. I have called three times and got one excuse after the other for why my order was not shipped. After a week of seeing that the order status said "shipped", I called to see if there was a tracking number for my order. The fist excuse was that UPS was having issues with the tracking numbers...three days later, after another phone call, the excuse now was that it was shipped to the wrong address (!!!!). My last pnone call was friday, october 19. This time, Donna told me that as they were getting ready to ship it, someone noted that there was a cut in the backpack and they did not want to send me a damaged product (remember, this is more than a week after the order appeared as "shipped"). That afternoon I received an email, telling me that the order was being shipped that same day and that I would receive it, no matter what, on saturday october 20. Today is Monday, october 22 and I have not received anything.
UPDATE: I got an email from Donna with the tracking number for a 2nd day air UPS package that finally arrived today October 24. The merchandise arrived in one piece and exactly what I ordered with a couple of photo album booklets as a gift for the inconvenience. I guess that after all this wait and frustrations, I have to commend Donna for really trying and making it happen.

Since I live in belgium and bought a camera while I was in the states, the team helps me to do the paiement by phone since the internet way was not working.
