"In August, I ordered a Canon Powershot S5 from US1 via Amazon.Com. I wanted the camera before the Labor Day holiday, so I opted for three day air shipping. Because of the way the shipping charges worked, it was cheaper going thru Amazon than it was ordering direct from the US1 website.

They received the order that afternoon and had it to UPS that same evening. It was well packed. The camera was exactly as represented. It was new, showed no signs of being openned, had a US warranty, and included all the manuals and other items Canon said were in the box. It was just like I could have bought off the shelf at BestBuy, but without the high price.

The best part about this order was there was no "confirming" phone call to upsell. It could not have been any easier and it was the by far the best price among legitimate sellers.

I cannot comment on their communication or customer service because everything on this order went without a hitch. I would definitely buy from them again.

"My Sigma Lens was order on 8/29/2007.I got email form them said my order is pending due to different billing & shipping address even the shipping address already confirm by me credit company.I called them right after I got email and confirm again. After six day 9/4/2007 Tuesday,the lens still not shipped. I call them again asking about the order.The custom service let me more than 30 minute waiting during the call. They hang off the phone when I was talking. Finally,my lens shipped on 9/4 and delivered on 9/10. Next day when I plan to use this lens, i found the lens is not working!!!! They spent two week to send me a broken lens.Inside the lens, there is one piece lens element loosed and stuck in the cylinder.When Zoom in the camera lens,the cylinder become longer and that piece lens will move and you can't zoom back because the lens is stuck inside.
I called them on 9/12 Thursday morning,asking for exchange. They ask me send the lens back and after they receive the package,they will send me a new one. It will take another two weeks to get my lens.Even I am trying to order the same lens again ,they won't be able to ship the new one until next week.I was plan use this lens for the trip,but now I only can carry a DSLR camera body without lens to the trip.
I hope they will refund me ASAP.

Another thing about this lens information on this store is incorrect. In web page specifications- filter Size 67mm is wrong.During the waiting, I follow their spec order the filter lens from another place.However,the correct filter size is 72mm and it cause me need return the filter again!"
