He cancelled one of the orders and I got a cancellation email notice just after the phone call.

"Based on comments listed on resellerratings.com, I decided to purchase a canon powershot g3 from this vendor. They had emailed me to call them for verification purposes and that went rather smoothly. However, I received an email notification informing me that my credit card declined. I called my credit card company and they informed me that there were no declines noted on the account. I called their billing department and had them recite my credit card info and discovered that there was a missing digit to the number. After the initial problem was solved, my camera was shipped out same day. I asked for 3 day service, but they upgraded me to 2 day UPS. I am VERY satisfied with their service and my purchase. "

"I purchased a Canon PowerShot S50 digital camera from US1CAMERA.COM at first I was a little concerned that they are located in New York City I heard the stories (magazine/newspaper stories) about non-USA warranty, low-ball price then hard sell accessories) not getting all the manufactures supplied accessories etc, etc.
I found out this is not the case with US1CAMERA the salesperson was great, he did offer some filter packages but when I said I didn’t need any he just replied Ok, my camera reach me in 2 days of the order, two days! Ok I live in PA but still Monday order, Wednesday delivery all items in the box along w/a USA warranty. Would I buy from US1CAMERA.COM again? You bet, greatest price & fast service. PS: I did use the web to select the camera but I did do the transaction over the phone.
