"Terrible experience, just a twist on the bait & switch. Once I declined all their overpriced 'deals' on everything from filters to warrenties, the CSR sounded annoyed & told me the product was on backorder, 20min earlier they had 'plenty' on hand. Later I checked e-mail, the first one that said my order was canceled followed by a second e-mail saying "We regret to inform you that your order has gone in to backorder." I canceled after that."

"I ordered an an OM C-770 on July 21st and paid the extra $$$ (by credit card) for three day delivery. I looked for it on the 23rd...left town...expected it on the 26th. No soap. On the morning of the 27th they called me to tell me they were out of stock and might have it in a month. I understand people running out of stock...but notifying me 7 days after an order that SHOULD have arrived in 3 days, especially when I needed the camera quickly is unprofessional. I would not do business with these guys again."

"Ordered on line and received e-mail to contatct them about my order. I contacted them the next day (after several calls) The product suddenly became out of stock when I did not buy extras. It was advertised as in stock. Cancelled my order. Would have been a good price if it was valid. Is this another bait and switch company?"

"Don't buy from this company. I ordered a Fuji S7000 from these guys on 12 July 2004 with standard shipping. I rec'd no confirmation e-mail, but did receive an e-mail two days later asking me to call them. When I did, they asked me if I wanted a memory card. I had already purchased memory elsewhere so I told the CSR I didn't need it. He said ok and indicated they would ship the order. On July 22 I called back to find out the status of my order. That's when they told me it was on backorder and would be three to four weeks. I cancelled the order."

"This company is the fraudulent www.radioactivedeals.com under a face and new name.
BEWARE! See the reviews for radioactive deals and you will understand.

I was interested in buying a sony camcorder from them. The prices on the web were very attractive though I noticed that the products did not have any info on the warranty. I called them (very unprofessional staff BTW), and sure enough they are selling international, probably grey market items. People continuously complain about these scam artists. Read for yourself. I read them and backed off.

"DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED MY ORDER LAST TUESDAY (7//04) FOR CANON 10D WITH CANON BATTERY GRIP AND ARRANGED 3-5 DAYS GROUOND DELIVERY. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED MY ORDER BUT NO SHIPMENT. SO I CALLED THE COMPANY (PHONE BUSY ALL DAY) AND COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. SENT EMAIL MESSAGE AND POLITELY ASK WHEN CAN I EXPECT OR PRODUCTS? A FEW HOURS LATER, ONE OF THE SALES REP CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT COME WITH ANYTHING, NO BATTERY, NO BATTERY CHARGER, NO MANUAL, NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HE ALSO ASKED ME TO PURCHASE WARRANTY FROM HIS COMPANY AT $150/YR. WHICH I DECLINED. HE WAS FRUSTRATED FOR NOT BE ABLE TO MILK ME WITH ACCESSORIES PURCHASE AND TOLD ME THAT MY PRODUCT WON'T BE SHIPPED UNTIL 4-6 WEEKS LATER SINCE IT'S A GREY MARKET PRODUCT AND THEY DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT LISTED AS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.

THIS COMPANY IS A CROOK. I PLAN TO REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT PRACTICE WITH STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FCC.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED ONLINE MERCHANT.
