"I have purchased items from US-Appliance before and had minor but tolerable issues with their utilized freight companies. This purchase has been nothing but a headache.
It took over 4 weeks to receive the wine cooler and the box it was shipped in was damaged and so was the unit. The freight company is 'contracted' so they would not wait until we opened the box and they delivered on a Saturday so I couldn't call US Appliance to report in their '24' hour window - since they don't answer the phone after hours. I called on Monday and asked them to pickup the Wine cooler. It has been two weeks and no sign or feedback of the item to be picked up. I am now on the phone with US Appliance and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. They do not appear to have the adequate staff to support the transactions and when talking with their 'customer support' it is not professional and I heard a lot of ''I don't know" feedback. This has taken way more of my time then I would like to admit and I have been charged the $2K for the item without any credit to date. I will not be ordering any items from this company again.

"Everything went smoothly until we took our dryer out of the box. On the front of the dryer there is a huge dent and 4 inch long full-thickness scratch in the paint. They offered to either send us white paint to touch it up ourselves (which still does not address the dent!), or a $50 credit. Not adequate compensation in my opinion for a product that obviously took a beating.."
"I purchased a Samsung slide in electric range for $1528. The glass top is completely shattered . They will not replace or repair. I've never heard of anything like this. Their policy states to report damage within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment. I was not in town that week and returned on the weekend. My contractor signed for it on Wednesday when it was delivered, but also wrote " did not open" of delivery slip. Surely I am not the only person to ever travel when undergoing renovations.
I sent them photos and explained via phone and email, to no avail. Neither the shipping company or US Appliance will assist. I'm SOL and out $1528. DO NOT BUY FROM US APPLIANCE!"
