"Delivery was scheduled for 12/17 . Refrigerator never was delivered to a loading dock but the email confirming delivery was sent to me. Rented refrigerator was returned on 12/16 based in the confirmation of upcoming delivery. Delivery company reps super rude and was not able to even answer how and why the delivery was scheduled. As a result my refrigerator us now scheduled to arrive on 12/20 All the food is spoiled and no one responsible!!!!!"

No proactive communication from US Appliance giving me updates. I still have no idea when or if my $3K in appliances will arrive or if they have shipped from their warehouse.
They managed to charge my credit card so they have that part of their business model working."

"I ordered a complete house full of appliances for our new construction--Jennifer Clemings was our sales rep (she was amazing). Overall, I am EXTREMELY impressed with this company and the service I received. After I placed the order, Jennifer was very responsive to all my questions and special requests up through completion/delivery. She did everything she promised she would. The day my appliances were delivered, the delivery guys were equally as fantastic. They didn't have the best circumstances to deliver the appliances since my contractor hadn't gotten around to building any of the steps into the house (that's another story) and they agreed to try their best to get them in the house--I had to sign a waiver stating that they would not be responsible for any damage incurred to my new home--at that point, they could have been as careless as they wanted, however, they were extremely careful and didnt do any damage--the refrigerator I bought is huge and they got it in through the garage/mudroom with no stairs! Impressive!! The appliances arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful. I will not hesitate to do business with US Appliance again should the need arise (hopefully not for many years). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or relative, either. "
"Please don't buy your appliances form this store. They did not manage to charge my credit card. They said they were not able to verify it. I called my credit card company and they stated that this company didn't even try to charge the credit card. In fact, on the same day I used the same credit card several times.
Called their billing department several time. Left my phone number. No one called."

"Be aware that they do not take back ANY appliance that does not work or is defective. The salesman assured us that if an appliance did not work they would replace, BUT the stainless steel refrigerator does not dispense ice. We have had a repairman out four times already (in first 3 weeks) and it has never worked. The manufacturer says call US Appliances and US appliances says talk to manufacturer. Should have paid more to buy locally and be able to exchange."
