"We ordered a range hood from US Appliance in late August. The invoice was sent out within 2 days of the order, then I heard nothing from them for a few weeks. I called after 2 weeks and was told that it should arrive at their store in 3 weeks. Three weeks later, no word from them, so I called again and was told that the hood would not arrive until late October. We had already planned to have a contractor install the hood in early October. I was told rather curtly that a email had been sent to be a couple of days earlier. I understand the item being on back order is out of their control, however, I am disappointed with the lack of communication by the sales department. "
