"Be careful with US-appliance. I recently bought Samsung UN46B8000 from them and then two things went wrong. (1) Less than 30 days they had a better deal in that they were offering a free Blu-ray player and they refused to match their own price even though their site says they match others prices, weird hunh? (2) Today I got an email from Bing that US-appliance has invalidated my purchase for Bing cashback, nice US-Appliance!

Free shipping from US-Appliance takes 10-12 days which cuts into their 30 day low price matching duration.... They don't appear to a fraud operation, but get very close to it.

Buyer beware...

"Ordered TV on October 3rd, "In stock/Have it in 7 - 10 business days!" :-)
I received an email invoice on October 6th, "You will receive a separate email from the shipping company when your order is processed for shipment."
Well, today is October 15th,and the TV is not shipped yet. When I called them today and said that it's been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order, the not-so-friendly gentleman said, "it's only been 10 days." Yes, it's only been 10 days since the date of their invoice, but that invoice was not sent until 3 days after I had placed the order. He then unapologetically said that they won't receive stock of the TV until tomorrow (Friday) and that the TV probably won't ship until the following Monday (October 19th). ASSUMING that it does ship on the 19th, that means it will have taken them 16 days to ship my order. Are you kidding me?

I will post an update, meanwhile....I wish I had taken my business somewhere else.

Another words, they should change their delivery slogan from 7-10 days, to 3-4 weeks.

UPDATE:
Okay, after numerous telephone inquiries, the TV finally shipped on Oct. 19th and didn't arrive until October 26th. You'd think that with the extended delay they would at least upgrade the shipping from economy to expedite delivery... but nope. Thankfully, the TV arrived in good condition at least. In summary, it took 23 days (more than 3 weeks!) for the TV to be delivered after ordering. Given that they advertise delivery as "7-10 days", I'd say that I was disappointed with their level of service. But, if you're just looking for a good price and don't mind sub-par service, this retailer fits the bill.

"On August 18th, we ordered 6 high definition televisions from US-Appliance to outfit our new house. We bought one large 55" Samsung LCD for the living room, a 50" Panasonic plasma for a dark basement game room, a 40" Samsung LCD for our office and finally three 32" Sony LCDs for our bedrooms.

US Appliance already had the lowest prices we could find plus there was no sales tax. They even knocked the price down some more because we were buying numerous models.

When I called with questions, A REAL PERSON answered the phone! That's rare these days. The salesman I spoke to was friendly, helpful and patient as we had many questions about the right TVs to buy.

I received an invoice 48 hours later and then shipping confirmation the next day. We tracked the online with Pilot Air. All the HDTVs arrived banded onto pallets vertically and they were in great shape.

We are very satisfied with the whole experience, especially all the money was saved!!!

"I am very impressed. I admit, I was skeptical but the customer service was genuine and very customer-focused. I ordered a Samsung LED 55" TV on a Monday afternoon. The PDF receipt was sent to my email address the next day. I had a "now shipped" email and tracking number on Thursday. The local delivery firm called on Monday AM. I coordinated a convenient delivery time of 5 pm that same day. I helped the driver unload it from the cargo van and we set it inside my living room. Everything went perfect! Great price and a flawless one week turnaround. BTW - awesome TV!"

"A+++!! I ordered a TV, TV stand and DVD player. I ordered it Sept 10th. Not once did I have to call and ask for status. They notified me every step of the way!! I shipped this tv to my husband in our vacation home in California and it only took them 5 days!

Bottom Line- I WILL BUY ALL MY ELECTRONIC ITEMS FROM US APPLIANCE. GREAT JOB!

I received an email sales receipt on September 4th, telling me that I would get another email with the trucking number.
Well, tonight is September 9th,and
my TV is not shipped yet. I will post an update, meanwhile....I wish I would rather order from Amazon, you get what you pay for.

Update # 1 (Sept 11) They just emailed me that they finally shipped my TV. "Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive at the local
R & L Carriers delivery agent, who will in turn call you to arrange your
delivery".
Another words, they should change they delivery slogan from 7-10 days, to 2-3 weeks.
Final update:
TV was finally delivered on Sept. 16th. I would give give them 5 stars for the price, 4 stars for customer service, and 1 star for speed and misleading information.

"I'd been researching online appliance dealers for literally months, trying to find the best deal on a cooktop that I was finally ready to add to my kitchen. US Appliance had the best deal on the one I wanted, and with free shipping to boot - as well as NO sales tax. "us-appliance.com had the best combined product+shipping price ($399+$9, and a $10 on-line coupon) I could find online for a Denon AVR-790. They clearly advertised the item as IN STOCK. I ordered and was invoiced on 07-22-09. My credit card was charged on that date.

After 8 days, I called on 07-30-09 to ask why the order had not yet shipped. I was informed that the item was not in their warehouse, but had been "requested from the store", but "the store" had not sent the item to the warehouse as requested. I was assured the issue would be handled promptly.

As of 08-03-09, the item has not been shipped. I plan to cancel this order and get a refund if my order is not shipped this week. Will update this review with results.

Got an e-mail from them this morning (08-06-09); said they did not have the item and would ship as soon as they got it in. Which would be fine if they hadn't already charged my card two weeks ago when I ordered. Instructed them to cancel the order and refund my money if it wasn't shipped by 08-07-09. Will update with results.

Got an e-mail this morning (08-07-09) saying the item had shipped and with a tracking number.
