"This company has GREAT pricing on a wide variety of Appliances and electronics. Customer service can be hit and miss, but products are as advertised. Shipping can take a LONG time. My order took 25 days to arrive, but I did get a reasonable reduction on the purchase price after expressing disappointment about the delay.
I would definitely order from this company again if I didn't have a time critical order.
A special note regarding shipping: It appears that this company uses a special handling shipper to ship many items due to their size, rather than using UPS, FEDEX, etc. Items are handled with more care and attention due to this and this is a likely reason for longer shipping times."

I have done an extensive search about the Samsung and Panasonic 3D tvs and finally decided to buy the Samsung 63" 8000 Model. The customer service representative was very patient and helped me in each and every step of the process.Their web site was easy to navigate and search functionality is awesome. I chose the US Appliance not only for their competitive prices but also their reputation which they stand behind their words. I ordered the Samsung 63" Plasma TV and sent an email about my shipment. The TV arrived in mint condition and carefully packed in wooden pallets which I don't think other suppliers will do. I ordered the 2010 Mitsubishi DLP 3D TV from us-appliance.com and I was a little worried because its such a huge item to be delivered. But I was amazed at how professional, helpful and dear the people that work for this company are. The TV came in less time than I expected. It was very fast shipping with no problems at all. Oh and the tv itelf is awesome; the best picture for the bucks, the best in 3D TVs in my opinion. I got the Mitsubishi which is better than the more expensive LCD and the LED tvs. Anyways, I would highly recomend us-appliance.com and I will definitely buy from them in the future.

"Purchased 58 inch Samsung HDTV over July 4th holiday. They had free shipping with no other added costs. Item was billed to credit card within 24 hours and was shipped out two days later. Received via common carrier 4 days later in good condition. This transaction went smoothly and had no issues. You do need to monitor their web site carefully for add on shipping costs for fuel surcharge that is listed on web page even though they sometimes say free shipping it does not always cancel this charge.
Be aware of specific info on web page for canceling order,returns, and other policies. While others had issues with this company I had a positive experience. "

"US-Appliance service was on time and I felt that the company informed us on the status of the shipment on a regular basis. However, the company might want to evaluate the carrier they are using. R&L carriers was not able to reach us on the scheduled delivery date because of a family emergency. It was frustrating to re-schedule the date for re-delivery of the grill because of less than helpful employees answering the phone. We have not received the grill as of yet and I might provide additionL detail upon delivery. The experience with R&L carriers might influence me in future purchase decisions."
"It has been more than a week since we placed our order and the only thing to show is an invoice. I understand things take time but our order should have been processed by the shipping company by now. I read alot of reviews before ordering from this company but seem to think those who left negative comments may have been right. This company seems to charge your credit card and then take their sweet time to process your order. I am an expert on value chain management and this company is not building value in my particluar case. This only hurts them in the end and Senior Management should never allow this to happen. $ 10.00 credit for the purchase. Based upon my internet search your price was the lowest and even lower with the bonus $10.00.
I ordered on the weekend so it took a couple of days to get all the necessary information, emails
