"I've ordered 2 complete kitchen setups. The first one no problem at all. The second order only the refrigerator came (Friday) and it was damaged and I refused it. That next Tuesday the rest of the order was delivered with a damaged stove. Now remember Friday the new tenants moved in and all of the appliances were sitting on the dock that Monday before. So when the stove came it was dented on the side and it was going in a counter so I accepted it since they hadn't had any appliances since Friday. They did give me a 15% discount on the stove. On the other hand the refrigerator had a fork thru it. Personally I think it was the trucking company's fault more than US Appliance. "
