"Placed an online order for multiple items yesterday. Paid $30 extra for overnight shipping. Their web site showed all items in stock. About 3 hours later I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock, but they had shipped the remainder of my order. I called the company and after a phone hold time of about 30 minutes, I was able to talk to someone and order a substitute part. I explained the situation to the rep and he said they would ship the substitute part overnight for free since I had already paid for overnight shipping on the original order. This morning I received the original order, less the out of stock part. Still havn't received the substitute part. Called them and when I got into their phone system I selected "new part purchase", guess what, a real live person answered immediatly. He told me that the substitute part was shipped via regular ground shipping. He transferred me to customer service. I've been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for 41 minutes now. Still waiting on hold. Do NOT do business with this company. They don't care about you after you place your order."
"The WORST company ever!!! Do not buy from these people. I have never had such a hard time every and I purchase on line everyday. First they told me they had a item and it would be shipped the next day. Then after 2 weeks of not receiving the item I called and they told me it has been shipped. when I explained to them it was not. they argued with me that it was. obviously I would not be calling them IF I had the item!!! I asked for a return to my credit card because I did not have a good feeling about them. After I placed another order with what I thought was another company it turned out to be them AGAIN under a different name. they don't even have the product yet they have charged me TWICE for it. Each time I have called (and there has been many) I have been on hold for at least 45mins! and then another hour for an answer. NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Please listen it was a terrible experience and still going through it."
"i thought i'm the only one who had bad experiece. US Auto Parts has too many bad reviews and it's only because of their poor customer service. Their prices are good and i received order in timely fashion. The product was damaged/defective and i returned it for replacement. They refuse to issue me replacement and said they have already refunded my account. I checked my credit card but no credit is issued so far. They just want me to place a new order so they can charge me for shipping. "

4 days later my card was billed $1,000.00 from the same offshore company used by autopartswarehouse.com my card was a single use card It was not used or given out to any other company...this is a crime ring pure and simple...that sometimes sells car parts.... but you can be sure they sell or otherwise will steal from you at some point!"

If you purchased wrong item - refund time will take forever - you'll be calling customer service every week and every time new person will be asking same questions and nothing will be happening. After over a month time return was delivered - have FEDEX proof they still have no info in the system it was received."
