"i received the parts quickly and it was the correct part. The part had a core charge that I would have had refunded if I had any idea how to return the old part. I had to contact US auto parts and spend about 30 minutes online communicating with someone about how to return the core. An email finally arrived with return instructions...stating that if I write on the parts box, I will not receive the core charge. Because I had already written my name on the box, I cannot return the item. For a 50 cent box, I will not receive the forty dollar core refund. If there had been instructions on how to return the core, and the warning to not write on box, this would have been a very simple return. As it is, the old motor is going in the landfill, as if I return it, they will just send it back, for lack of a box."

"The remote for my mirror isn't the same as the old one and does not fit correctly. Since the aftermarket one changed the design on theirs they should have sent a new piece that locks the remote down. The original Ford one was threaded and the new one isn't. I would like to contact you about this issue. My overall experience has been a good one I only have one small complaint that I hope can be resolved with ease "

"My experience was very poor. This is the second time I have ordered the same part(fuel door hinge for a 2001 Volvo S80)within one year. The first one lasted around ten months before the ears snaped off and the second one lasted two weeks. I understand discount parts, but I think they should last at least one year. Sent e-mail and never received a response back. "
