FRAGILE POLES

"I have been flying a flag from my car window since 9/11. I am very dissatisfied with my latest order of four flags. I had two flags break off immediately once I reached the legal limit of 55 mph on the parkway. The other two last three days at a maximum!! The mast breaks off at the very same spot every time!!"

Returning items for exchange did not go well

"I ordered flags but then returned them for an exchange. I was credited 4 of the 6 flags and inquired about the other two with no response. I was given the return labels which I used to ship the flags back. Since some of the flags was credited to me it's safe to assume that they all made it back to the warehouse. I am still waiting and hope the other flags will be credited back to me so I can place my re-order."

Rust on flagpoles

"I have had the flagpoles for a couple weeks. They are all ready starting to rust. I am totally disappointed.
I have flag poles on my yard that have been there for about 5-10 years and no rust. Plus I paid way less for the ones I all ready had.

8X5 American Flag

"The flag at our park was torn and tattered. It broke my heart since Independence Day was rapidly approaching.
Park manager said there was no money for a new flag and that he had already replaced three.
I figured he was buying cheap flags, so I ordered a new "Tough" flag the last week of June.
It got there in plenty of time and a friend helped me raise it on the Sunday before the 4th.
She flies beautiful and proud above our park, and I couldn't be more pleased with the price,
and the flag that I received. Thank You Very Much from a retired Navy Vet and the park I live in.

Color Fading Problem

"Never really been satisfied with these flags but the price is right. These do not stand up to the Florida sun. The y lose their color brightness too quickly and fade out to where I have to replace them about every three to four months. That is why I have to buy so many at a time. You need to do something about the dyes that are used on these flags or I will be forced to try another company that is more expensive and see how their flags do in the Florida sun. Sorry to be negative but you wanted the truth. Thanks."

DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BE BACK

"Have spent a lot of money with US Flag Store. Ordered a bunch of flags, but then after promised shipping date expired, I HAD to call. After being waiting for 34 minutes the first time and 41 the second time, was told many of the flags I ordered were on back order and they did not know when they would be available. So rather than inform me at the time of purchase, they just took processed the Credit Card and left me in limbo. This happened on two different occasions. Each year our church honors military, fire fighters and law enforcement. We keep enough flags in stock to distribute them throughout the year to hand out to those who serve or have served. We also have a stringent deadline for our Patriotic Service, yet as time drew near, we heard nothing from US flags. I had to pay extra shipping charges elsewhere.

After speaking on the phone with customer reps at US Flag Store, explaining my frustration and situation, there was no apology or concern. I assure you I will take my 5,000 dollars budget elsewhere. It is evident US Flag is not concerned with customer care. It is evident that you are such a money-making company, you do not need to worry about failing in areas of customer service. Good news is that there are plenty of other companies that do care and are trustworthy. I had to cancel other orders for which I do not have invoice numbers below

Slow to process returns

"I ordered a Christian Flag and an American Flag for my church. I returned the American Flag because I didn't like the fabric and the way it 'felt'. Returned that flag and ordered another one. I like the new one much better. I returned the original flag on July 2, 2018 and have not gotten a refund yet. Certainly 6 weeks is long enough to process a return, but I guess not. I'll be more careful next time. "

Not happy!

"Not so happy. I set up the pole and when I tied the rope off to the bracket the bracket broke. I paid extra to get good quality and the thing is like plastic. Now I have to buy a a rope racket and drill and modify the pole. Come in folks. Don’t go cheap. "

Disappointed

"When I opened my pkg. and seen my flag was a thin nylon flag and I paid 36.00 for it I was REALLY UPSET.
Yesterday my son had to take it down because a red thread had pulled out and was twisted around the rope
that is used to raise and lower the flag and he finally got it pulled loose from the rope. I thought I was getting
the heavy flag that I usually buy. Won't be buying it again. Don't think this flag is going to last very long. My last flag
lasted 2 yrs.

Where is my Order?

"I am still waiting for my merchandise to arrive. When will my order arrive? My experience with the "US Flag Store" was horrible!
I placed my order on 25 June 2018 and today is 7 August 2018 and I am still waiting for my order!!!
