Poor Customer Service

"I ordered 54 dozen flags, but received only 43 dozen. I have been calling customer service for several days and can not get through, message says excessively heavy volume your wait time could be up to 20 min. I stayed on the line for 35 minutes and no one picked up. Their website gives you an option for them to call you as soon as a rep is free, I am still waiting.

There are 135 veterans graves still waiting for their flags.

It got here

"I picked economy shipping - got it on 8th day via USPS - order was over the Memorial Weekend - so .. angst was a supplied DHL link that was dead - had me thinkin something was wrong - phone call was 35min on hold - hung up .. online communication helped .. its here - I'm happy now"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I am only leaving a 1 star review because there is no option for a 0 star review. On top of that I almost never leave reviews ever. However this place literally must train their people to give no customer service and try and get rid of people. I placed an order last week on Monday and it was suppose to arrive by Thursday of last week. It is now the following Wednesday and my order hasn't even shipped. I called and was on hold for 30 mins to find out where my order was. Turns out they never even shipped it. When I asked how I could get it by Saturday as I need these for an event the answer was sorry I can't guarantee anything. I asked for faster shipping, nope couldn't do that either. I asked for anything they could do and all I hear is that they got a new system and the warehouse is overwhelmed. We are talking 9 days and still not even shipped. She couldn't tell me when it was shipping and refused to do anything to help get it to me on time when I paid them almost $300 for flags. Stay away from this place unless you can wait 2-3 weeks for whatever you need and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!"

not happy

"I ordered a display frame for a flag and document. It was suppose to come in within 7 days. I received an e mail that it would be delayed for 3 weeks. I then received another e mail a couple of weeks later telling me it wouldn't be in until June. I needed it by the end of May. When I called I wasn't offered any real help. I was told it was out of stock after talking to the rep she said they could send me one in stock at a higher price. I asked if they would offer a discount and she said no. I wasn't happy but needed the frame so I ordered the higher price frame. When I received it the frame was damaged. Nothing was wrong with the box, so the frame was sent to me damaged! I didn't take it out of the box, I called your company and spoke to the rep again. I took pictures of the frame in the box send them to her and told her I needed another one. I sent the frame back the next day. The rep said she would have one sent. A week went by, no frame, another week went by, no frame. I called again!! My frame order was canceled and I wasn't notified of it!!! I was so upset I started to cry! I needed the frame for a presentation I had to do! The rep{ a different one} saw that I didn't receive any notifications of cancelation or a Refund! She quickly ordered another one for me and it came in within 2 days. I paid for it not only with money but stress and I hate to say it but also angry. Do I like the frame? Yes. Do I like what I had to do to get it? No! I will be in need of two more frames but for now I'm looking somewhere else for the frames.

Telescoping pole locking pin problem

"Quick delivery but locking pins dropped into the inside of the pole while bring the pole down. The company spokesman said to take apart the pole by drilling out rivers holding everything together with no instructions about how to put it back together?? I was able to bend a paper clip and snag the pin to bring them back into position. I now only undo the first “joint” and then pull the rest of the pole out of its sleeve.
Also if you live in a cold climate you need to dig below frost line and pour a concrete base first to 22 inches below ground then proceed per instructions from there.

Very unresponsive and takes forever to get an order, if ever.

"I ordered a flag kit from this company on May 8, 2018. It is now May 24 and I still have not received what I paid for. I emailed the company three times and have had no response. I did call, and was told they are "switching to a new system" and said it would be sent soon. Not only is this a poor business model, they have poor customer service. I wanted the kit in time for Memorial day. Now I wonder if I will get it by the 4th of July, or ever. "

Time well spent!

"Yesterday, May 22nd I had the opportunity to get a great customer service representative (CSR)~ TARA! I may say this several times but she was GREAT!
I had a lot of questions! I changed my mind several times! I got Tara's opinion on several items! Did I say she was GREAT! OK ~ she was! I was more concerned about taking up too much of her time and possibly she needed to go to another call. She told me several times that I needn't worry as she was OK and we were doing good! I'm so happy that she did not send me to another CSR! Tara gave me all of the information that I needed and wanted.
So as most people do, we are quick to criticize! In this case "not so!" Thank you TARA ~ you were GREAT! And I certainly appreciate your help and professionalism on the phone with me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
In my previous life's work we held corporate values of LEADERSHIP, INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT, & EXCELLENCE. We would handout what we referred to as STAR CARDS if any employee demonstrated one or several of these core values. Meh

"I ordered two American Flag stickers, one in reverse for my work truck. It took a long time for me to get them because they were on back order and I also received several emails asking how I liked my stickers and they hadn’t been shipped yet. Also the flag that was in reverse looked completely different from the other one both in color and size. The white stripes were more yellow and I was not as happy with it as I was the normal sticker. "
