"To begin with I have been a "valued " customer for 5yrs. Never had an issue with items I have ordered till this year. In April I ordered 250 flags to be distributed for memorial day. Received the box as I ordered, free shipping. Did not check the box for correct quantity till myself and a group of others distributed the **** the week before Memorial Day and realized that we had been shorted by half. So I call on Monday and tell Beth, the costumer service rep my problem and she tells me will have sent next UPS. Wait till Friday, no flags. Call her that afternoon and she says it was a shipping problem and that they were out of flags but that she would again have them sent out next day UPS. Sat comes and goes, no flags. Call Monday, talk to Beth again, tells me they will be sent UPS. So this is June the 6th and no flags. Am I missing something here!!"

"I Bought a catalog...they aren't free...and a couple of weeks later I asked for a quotation for a flagpole, plus shipping. I was completely ignored. I got the automatic email stating that my request had been received, but nothing after that.
So I am back to the search for a company which sells flagpoles. "

"I place 2 separate orders for flags six weeks ago, one for my place of business and one for home. I received one order but have yet to receive the second one. I tried sending a couple of emails with no response. I called twice and both times was stuck on hold with the automated system until I finally hung up after 15-20 minutes each. I have sons in the military and really wanted my flag waving on Memorial Day. Obviously that did not happen. "
"Placed an order over a week ago and is still being "prepared". I would cancel my order but that is not allowed. I have called twice checking on my products and given the run around that the order is being prepared and we are sorry about the delay but we are going through upgrades which have slowed down processing. Every time I call there is at least a 20 minute wait. How convenient when you don't want to talk with the patrons. No problem with accepting payment as they did that within minutes of taking the order. "
