"I ordered flags 6 weeks ago and had to call the company 10 after my order to find out the status. If the four flags I ordered, three were incorrect. After calling again,I was told to return the three incorrect flags and the correct ones would be sent. Three weeks after I sent them back, I had no refund or communication. I called again (each time waiting 25-45 minutes on hold) only to find out they never sent in the request for new flags and the original ones I wanted were sold out. They told me they would not refund the money for the flag I kept because it had been opened. They finally relented after I called back several more times. Unbelievable. I cancelled the whole order, bought four flags from Flag and Banner, and they arrived 2 days later. I have been a consumer adult for more than two decades and this will go down as the worst company/customer service I have ever received. "

"I had a similar system, telescoping flagpole, that was literally snapped in half by an estimated 90mph wind shear about a month ago. the system that I received was very much similar to what I had...I was lucky that I didn't need to dig a new post hole as the existing ground sleeve was the same dimensions as what I received...so....now I have my American flag and my Air Force flag, flying again!..thank you"
"Well this is a hate/love relationship. When I ordered my kits I was given a conf email. After that nothing. After a month I had not received or been emailed any update. Sending an email to customer svc got no response. Called the 800 # and waited and waited. Someone should be fired in customer svc.
I then called the sales 800 # and found my kit would be going out. Never got a confr shipping email. Called sales # again and got the the shipping tracking info. I asked them to confirm by email and they did.
Now I received my kits and they are perfect for I wanted to do and I ordered one more.
Toooo bad you have a nonexistent customer svc dept, take the link off your website."
"I placed my order with united-states-flag.com on May 10, 2018, that stated 3 - 5 days for shipping. For a retirement on 5/30. Therefore it was done in plenty of time to receive. On 5/17 I was asked if I could confirm delivery NO!!! I sent an inquiry 5/17 and received a reply on 5/21, "Online Stores is in the process of upgrading our Order Management System, and as a result there have been some delays. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your patience during this system upgrade. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need any additional assistance, please feel free to contact us." I replied on 5/25 as the ceremony was the next week, and I had no stand and pedestal. I received, "We apologize for the delay. We recently implemented a new order processing system and are working out the details. We have requested an update from the warehouse regarding your order and once we hear back can advise as to when you can expect this. Your order is for the Economy shipping which can take 3-10 business days once the case and engraving is completed. We will advice." On 5/30, I received a phone call, "stating the engraving was completed and would be called back the same day letting me know when it will be shipped." I moved the ceremony to June 6th. BUT I didn't receive the stand and pedestal until June 11th.
ABSOLUTELY absurd! I work for a large agency, Department of Defense, and we order gifts frequently. I have let everyone know do not order from your company because your customer service ****, and shipping is not accurate.
I want a full refund, ASAP.

"Order was not shipped within a reasonable time. Sent email to inquire - received a response that the email would be addressed immediately. No further communication. Phoned and got e-mail message saying call would be returned within 20 minutes. No return call. Order (partial) finally arrived 5 weeks later. It's been 6 weeks and order is still not complete. Still not heard from 'customer service'. I understand back orders and supply delays. I don't understand poor customer service!"
"Ordered a large order May 8th for a May 31 event. Never got any tracking numbers. Called and talked to reps there three different days asking where my order is. They all said it's in box and should have tracking number emailed soon. No tracking numbers ever came and they never could tell me where my order was. I have still not received my order. And they still have no clue where it is.

An elderly veteran lives near me and I noticed he didn't have a flag on display so I put one of the brackets and 3 flags on his carport. He was extremely pleased. I will definitely do business with your store again."
