"They offered no refund on shipping or anything. Ordered in the beginning of April and here we are into May and I have yet to receive my seeds. In the last week of April they told me to check their website for current turnaround. Are you kidding me? Their website said 10 days when I ordered, so that's what it should have been. They should be offering me a refund (at least partial) AND my seed order. Terrible business, will never order from again. "

"Ordered on March 30, received notification that shipping label had been created on April 8, reviewed order and it’s status was “completed”, tried tracking the shipment and it had never left the warehouse. Reached out to customer service twice before I ever received a response. Was told that shipping labels are printed and orders are set to completed then put on the manufacturing line to be hand packed but due to covid they were overwhelmed and it was taking longer (April 15 and 18). Asked several times to get my order expedited since it had taken so long and kept getting the encouragement to cancel the order because they would be glad to do that. I received an email saying I had been refunded on April 20, but no details as to what I was being refunded for. Order finally ships on April 22 and is received on April 24. Once the package was opened and seed packets were inspected, I discovered I was missing 3/4 pound of seeds I had ordered but also had one small packet of seeds not on the order. When I reached out through email, I was told there was supposed to be a refund check within the package because the missing seeds were out of stock; there was no refund check. I had to list out what was in the package before they would refund me the seeds missing. I will Not he ordering from here again."
"Shipping mistakes and bad customer service. They have taken a month to get what I needed. Blamed covid but the other seed companies I was working with had no issues."
"January through March of 2020 I ordered over $1000 worth of seeds and plants from ufseeds. While most of the seeds arrived the plants and fruit bushes, all high dollar items, have never arrived. Attempts to contact them at the customer service number have never been answered by a human and messages left on the voice mail, when it is not full to overflowing go unanswered as do e-mails. No return response or contact whatsoever. No way to get in touch. They do take your credit card payment immediately. The website says that orders may be delayed 10-15 days. These are live plants and perishable. If you can't deliver your orders and can't even answer the phone you shouldn't be in business. I will do whatever I have to do but getting my money back at this point isn't acceptable. They need to pay me for the time it takes trying to contact them and for the the expense of having to buy plants at the last minute."
"Placed 2 orders and never received the plants from the first order or the seeds from the 2nd order. Phone line doesn't take calls and email could not be sent.. Feels like a scam!!!! Contact your customers if you are "overwhelmed" keep in contact so please don't feel scammed. If I don't receive a response I will cancel my order and fill a complaint on the business. "

"For the past 5 years I've sowed my 1 acre garden using Urban Farmer products with only great reward. I have only positive things to say about this company, this year being no different. I accidentally charged my credit card 3 times for the same purchase when I was doing my annual seed order. I called them as soon as I suspected something needed to be checked. To my surprise, they had already refunded two of the charges to my account before I had called. I was so thankful for that. In my past experience with situations such as this, I had to call the company and often had to wait 24 hours to be credited back my funds. I will only order with ufseeds.com for my seed needs. "
