"What a huge waste of time and money this has been. I sent Urban Farmer an email advising them that the seeds I received did not germinate I also gave a review where Urban Farmer Seeds was given an opportunity to respond yo the problem before the review posted. It has been a couple months and Urban Farmer has not responded. That is more than enough time to allow for a responce. I am now going to contact Better Business Bureau and PayPal in an attempt to get a refund. This is rediculous especially now that I have read so many other reviews that are having the exact same problem.
I went to Walmart and purchased Burpee seeds which germanated and are growing fine. I also staryed some very old seeds that I harvested from one of my crops approximately 10 years ago and they all germinated.
I will not order again due to the poor quality of their product (I might as well have planted air, I would have gotten the same result and saved my money) and also the non-existent customer service.

"CROOKS! ordered seeds online with expedited shipping and I have received NOTHING. I called 20 plus times Thursday and more than 40 times Friday no answer voicemail is full and not receiving messages I emailed Noah.... No answer please don't believe the paid Google reviews like I did and look at gardening forums and alternative review sites including consumer reports among MANY others. "Noah" I'll be filling a chargeback first thing Monday morning and publishing my YouTube review before Friday on my channel. You want to issue a refund before Monday you won't have to eat the chargeback fees. Up to you. I did lots of research after I realized I got no order confirmation/ shipping confirmation etc etc. This company has provided many people with non-viable seeds double charged many others and sent partial orders to attempt to defeat chargebacks if you do receive your order film your unboxing as proof for credit card company so if you're shorted you can get your money back. Also document your growng percentage and if you don't get at least 80 percent filled a chargeback don't let predatory internet sellers win. HEED MY WARNING PEOPLE RUN RUN RUN."
"Everything works well when I order regularly. Get good soil nothing sold at big store. Follow the instructions. They try hard helping you. Seeding is the hardest step and takes practice. "
"About 1/4 of my $60.00 order of elephant garlic had no peels on them. Garlic was good, except you cannot plant garlic without wraps on them they will rot. Last year order was perfect, so I was surprised at this year's order. Will still try again next year one more time."
"I found one of my brand-labeled photos cropping out my brand name in a photo from Urban Farmer seeds. It was listed with a picture of a different Armenian cucumber variety. I contacted them multiple times to request that they take my photo off of their site. I take pictures of my products because I actually grow them. Since they don't grow their own product, what they are really selling is hard to tell. I have a friend who is a lawyer. I'll be asking him how to proceed next."

"Placed my order months ahead of time. Usually they come in May and they never arrived. When I called the company last Monday they were very helpful and told me the shipment must have gone to the wrong address and sent another order out that day. I received my tomato plants on Thursday and I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I opened the package . All three were in very poor condition. They have black spot on the leaves and half of the leaves are curled and brown and dead. I have always ordered from Urban seed company and always been very happy but this time they really dropped the ball. Their San Moranzo Tomato are the showcase of my garden and 3 plants keep us stocked all year with their amazing sauces and fresh tomato yields for the entire family and neighborhood. I sent them an email and haven't yet gotten their response. I hope it's just a fluke ."
