"I’ve never had a bad experience with UF so I’m guessing it’s more UPS but the box was delivered ripped open and seeds falling out. I ordered 25 pounds of fall cover crop. No clue how much was lost. The seed bag had a half dollar size hole in it and the box looked like it had been sent through a tornado. It was raining so the box and seeds got wet. Not too pleased overall. "

"I sent a reply to my order over the weekend prior to my order being shipping for an additional seed package that was ignored. This is my first order but was recommended from a family member that also mentioned they were ignored about a pending order after sharing my experiencing so this is obviously not a mistake and shows a pattern of doing business. At this point I can only assume that you guys are too busy to attend to money you have already received so Ill choose to lighten your workload from this day forward and shop elsewhere. That should help free up time and resources for you guys to hopefully give other future customers a better customer service experience. "

"I came to Urban Farmer specifically for Valencia peanut seed as my normal supplier was out of stock. The seed I received had many broken peanuts (over a half ounce in the 4 oz package), I didn't bother planting broken seed. Many others had damaged or missing skin but I planted them anyhow in hopes they were intact enough to grow. I planted two long rows with the seed I received from Urban Farmer. Three days later I planted seed I saved (Valencia) from last years peanut crop in several feet I had reserved at the end of each row as I was curious as to how true they would grow. All of my saved seed has germinated and most are several inches tall. Not one single seed sent to me from Urban Farmer has germinated. I still have a small amount of the UF seed in the packet and in comparing them with my saved peanuts they don't even look the same. The skins (where they exist at all) on the UF peanuts are brown, not red. The Atlantic pumpkin, bushel, gourd and celeraic seem to have germinated as they should, but these are things I grow for fun, the peanuts I grow for actual use during the rest of the year. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again. "
"These two Hazelnut trees arrived in April 2022 as two dry sticks and waaay too early for our location to be planted outdoors. With a great deal of care, only one of them has miraculously survived and is now in June 2022, only 3 inches tall. The other Hazelnut “tree” arrived dead and it stayed dead.
We are very unhappy with this order and unhappy with this company."
