"They created a label April 21. Never sent it until I bothered them repeatedly. Kept saying they were waiting for the strawberries, and nothing else. Got delivery today and it has a check for the Concord grape plants. Never mentioned any issues to me. Totally worthless, and could have ordered from someone else if they couldn’t fulfill the order made back in Early February. "

"I ordered 200 slips - 100 Beauregard and 100 Mirasaki Purple. The Beauregard didn't look great but bounced back after being transferred to some water before planting. The Mirasaki looked especially bad when I received them and a great number did not bounce back. About 38 of the 100 had leaves completely rotted to black and mushy stems - I was not able to use them. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and I would greatly appreciate if someone could contact me. I just don't feel like this was money well spent."

"I had high hopes, but was disappointed. My plants were supposed to be delivered "mid-April," but didn't arrive until the end of the month, losing over two weeks of growing time. The seed potatoes weren't labeled but were mixed in one big bag, so I don' t know what's what. Finally, several items were not delivered at all. I understand and sympathize that there was crop failure, but it would have been nice to know earlier that they weren't going to be sent so I could purchase them elsewhere. The combination of no notice of the cancellation and the late delivery means I now can't realistically replace them from somewhere else. "

"I just received sweet potato slips that I pre ordered months ago in the mail. When I opened the box, they were in very good shape with good roots and green leaves. However, nowhere on the box did it indicate there were plants inside, so I'm glad I was home to immediately check the mail. Usually a box will indicate 'live plants' stamped on it., that would help. I also think I received them too early for our area. I usually plant them in June, but now have them a month early. We can get late freezes here as late as May 10. Other than that, I am pleased with the plants and the accurate, prompt service."

"One order took over 2 weeks to get to me the other order was partially canceled. I tried to get in touch several times by email and called 5 or 6 times and I still haven't gotten a response. Customer Service ****. Not sure about ordering much more just because you can never get any response so if it's lost or damaged or whatever you are 100 % out of luck. Plus they charge you 4.00 extra for every pre-order but ship them all in one box. So they made alot off what I paid for shipping including the extra for what they canceled but kept the shipping money"
