"Placed an order on 3/31 for Notebook memory 256MB PC100 CL2. Rec'd the very next day, unfortunately they sent 256MB PC133 CL3 (invoice showed the 256MB PC100 CL2). Called their tech support B4 opening the antistatic bag, they said it would work in my notebook. My notebook would not boot with their memory in it. I called, got an RMA, sent it back on 4/1. Rec'd the correct memory on 4/6. Fast shipping, but felt they should call the customer B4 substituting an item."

Ordered two sticks of 512MB Rambus for my Dell Dimension 8250. Memory arrived April 1 but

DHL/Airborne Express delivery monkeys didnt leave a "try again" delivery slip for me to sign. So had to wait till April 2 to actually install the memory. Worked the first time.

This company deserves its Platinum rating.
I plan on getting a processor from them next.

"Ordered from www.4allmemory.com over the weekend. Should have had the memory by Wednesday but it hadn't shipped yet when I called them. They authorized my card but did not have it in stock. They gave me a lame excuse and refused to upgrade shipping to overnight.

I searched again for the Samsumg memory for my Dell Dimension 8200 and this place had it. I called to verify it was in stock. It was and they are in IL (I am in WI) so the shipping would get there next day via Airborne for $5.

I got the memory cheaper than the original store as well. Great seller! Would definitely use them again."

"I ordered a microdrive from this company because they advertised a lower than average price including shipping, claimed to have the item in stock, and claimed to ship within 1-3 days. Not only did they come through in everyway, The shipping was only $5 ground, but they sent it Airborne and I received it in two days from the date of order. "I wish I could have given a more positive review of UpgradeNation but delivery was their downfall. I ordered a 1GB micro drive for a great price and received a great flat rate price for shipping. I ordered late on 2/12 and promptly received a verification email the next morning 2/13. The email included the shippers tracking number which never showed any info on the status of the shipment. After 5 days I emailed sales/customer support about my order and received a prompt email back stating that the shipper lost the order and they would ship a new micro drive to me and I would receive it by the end of the week. Finally, early this evening, 2/20/04 I received my shipment... 8 days from Illinois to Michigan, I can walk there and back faster. They say it's the shippers fault... I requested RMA (note: a month later) - without complains or any crap from them whatsoever I received a replacement shiped Airborne Express couple of days later. The drive did not work AGAIN!
