"I purchased a transcend 512mb pc2100 266mhz pin ddr sodimm module from upgradenation. Instead, I received a generic "TMTc" brand memory module, which it turns out to be incompatible with my dell inspiron 600m. after contacting them, upgradenation inmediately issued a rma and shipped out a "real" transcend replacement which works fine. To be fair, I ordered the same memory module 5 months ago and it was all good. I don't know why upgradenation is shipping now a generic version instead of the "real" transcend module. Giving their fast responses and great supports, I will definitely order from them again. However, you may want to make sure that they ship out what you have ordered. "

Product was in good shape but I ordered a "transcend brand" card and it seems as though I received a generic card. I ordered the specific transcend card because of some speed tests I've seen done on them. I didn't RMA the card however because I needed the card for vacation the next week.
I feel a little jipped unless the transcend brand cards packaging is generic which I highly doubt. If i knew i was gonna get a generic card I would have saved another 15 dollars and got a sandisk, viking, etc card from somewhere else."
