"I ordered what looked like super cute jeans flared at the bottom. I checked the material on the item BEFORE I ordered and it said 100% denim. Received them about 3 weeks later. NOT DENIM. 100% POLYESTER…the denim is just printed on the fabric. waste of $50 but feel returning would be a headache. I will not order from Ursime again. I’d attach a picture of the advertised product as well as the label on the actual item if I could!! "

I requested a return label and was told they would offer me a partial refund and a coupon for future purchases. Also stated was the ridiculous charges for an international return. The package was mailed from a US address and I offered to return to same address in original package. . Support from this company refused that offer. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute WARNING….DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ! I will write negative reviews everyplace I can until I am issued a full credit and instructions for return to same address that the package was mailed from !!!!

They want a picture of the dress not sure if I take pictures of what I received or their pictures online. Anyways you can only email them to get a RO # which they do not respond to emails sent to them and you have to pay for the shipping back to them. It costs more to send back to China then the dress is worth.There is no way to contact them and they do not respond to emails either. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Pass on this store "

"The items pictured on this site are lovely and quite desirable. The actual items shipped in no way, shape or form resembled the items on the website. I think the only items that are the actual pictured product is what the model is wearing. This website is intentionally deceptive and they make it almost impossible to return items. I ordered "embroidered" wide leg pants. There is not ONE STITCH of embroidery and the quality of the fabric is suffocating and disgusting. Someone should put these people out of business immediately! "I received the skirt I ordered and it in no way resembled the photograph. It was a very cheap fabric which appeared to have denim block printed onto the flimsy fabric. I immediately emailed the designated email to request to return the skirt. I was asked to supply item numbers, a photo, the order number multiple times. I promptly provided the information three times. They still have not replied except to send me a "how did we do" survey, which I deleted. The item description was poorly written at best, intentionally deceptive at worst. The customer service is non-existent. I will NEVER shop here again. Finally, when searching to leave reviews for Ursime I found nothing but negative reviews up to and including someone who said it was a scam."
