"Completely disappointed. I should have read the reviews. They offer you all these discount codes and then when you go to their website and order a bunch of stuff and enter the codes, none of the codes work.
They also offer you a free scarf if you order a certain amount, and then after you hit pay, it charges you for the scarf. I've read other reviews where people have tried to return things, but the address that they were given to return to says returned to sender and does not exist. I'm going to report this company to the better Business Bureau as well as the FCC and other social media platforms as well as Google and Yelp. "

But then they send you random products which you did not order and do not send you what you actually order.
This is followed by endless communications with their "customer service" or "complaint" email department in which they repeatedly ask irrelevant questions, trying to deflect from the fact that they did not send you what you ordered and payed for.
How do these companies continue to do business in the world?
Apparently, because they are based in China where what we consider to be crime in the US, is allowed to occur as "normal business practices."
They will likely dissolve the business and reconstitute themselves under another name.

"I ordered 2 skirts and was disappointed by both. One was a green skirt with feather and bead accents. It’s cheap polyester, feels meh, and looked like someone took a picture of something and tried to make it from the picture. The second skirt was a huge let down. Was supposed to be a silky patchwork skirt. What I got was a nasty polyester skirt with a printed on plaid pattern, so not even close.

"I waited 6 weeks and I am pleased with the merchandize. Since the clothing is from China they are measured metrically. So order up a size or 2. Just use measuring tape. That I had to learn however the product is well made and worh the waiting for. I will get back to this regarding my return process."

Reached out to them several times, they said they had canceled it and PayPal would receive my money in one week. It never happened. When I reached out to them again, they wanted me to send the info again and again, which I don’t have since they never sent a confirmation #. Be smart don’t let them fool you. "Do not order from this disgusting company. The clothes are cheap Chinese made items. This is a rip off. When you want to return an item, they put you through pure hell and tell you to take a picture of the return letter and place it into the return box with the letter. Crazy senseless, clown business. If you are in a circus, then this is the best store to buy items. Because you will 100% look like a clown or circus act. This is $55 that I wasted, but I will give it to the good will as a donation.
