"If you have a terrible return policy, say it! They advertise "easy returns/exchanges within 30 days." That's not the case in any way shape or form. I was told by their customer service it was easier to keep the item that didn't fit and they'd give me a credit for 50% of the item. Customer pays for all shipping, all return shipping, and 50% of the item if it doesn't fit. The return process is ridiculous and I'll honestly be surprised if I even get my money back. I would've exchanged it and paid for the shipping, but the original item is a loss, so I asked for 2 items of equal value at 50% and they wouldn't do it, so I'm returning it and I will never purchase from them again. Keep your purchases to US companies if you want "easy returns/echanges within 30 days" I'm looking for comparable products from US companies elsewhere. "
"I ordered a black and white, cotton blend, medium top. What I received was 100% polyester, shiny navy blue and white, and large enough to sail a yacht. The rest of my order thankfully never shipped. Hope they really do cancel it. This place is trash. "

"After three weeks Of making my purchase I still didn’t receive anything I inquired via email mail. this is going on week number five still no delivery and by the reviews left I’m sure the quality of clothes I won’t be happy with either.

"Unfortunately I have purchased several items from Ursime, but not any more!
A couple of things were ok enough to keep, but I have 3 things that I need to return because they are cheaply made , the fabric is flimsy, and the style doesn't look anything like the photos they advertise.
Ursime doesn't make it easy to return, and the customer has to pay the cost of shipping to return the items. Keep in mind that even though they appear to be sent from Illinois, the return labels are to China. The cost of sending them back isn't worth it. The cost is greater than the original cost of the items purchased. (I think this is by design). I bought a dress earlier this year that I had to return. I printed the label, took it to the mail store and I was told the address was invalid and just a lot of gibberish in Chinese.
Unfortunately I had already ordered other things before I found this out! Buyer beware!"

"I have ordered twice from Ursime. The first time, I ordered one dress and it fit great and the quality of the garment was compatible to the price.
With one satisfactory order under my belt I felt comfortable ordering again. I ordered 5 garments - all of the garments ran VERY small. The fabric quality also decreased as did the construction.
I never got an email of when it was shipped or a packing slip so I am unable to prove if I am within the 30 days for their return policy. Lesson learned will not be ordering from here again.
