"Checkout process (using Firefox 89.0.2) did not work properly. I was unable to enter and save my payment information even though all fields were correctly filled out. It would allow me to enter all information with no errors, but after saving reverted back to "No payment information saved." Attempted to use "Live" chat, but no response.
I finally had to go into my account settings to add my payment information, and then it kept requiring me to log in again at every step. Checkout and account management portions of site need some serious attention.
