"Cost of product was reasonable for a refurb item. The checkout process was horrendous. Kept telling me my shipping address already belonged to another account. Maybe my wife has ordered from VIP Outlet before...I don't know. But you have to understand more than one person may live at the same address. Maybe only single people order from this site?"
