"Great deals. Slow Shipping. But you have to click through 10-15 listings of popular items to find one that isnt sold out. Items remain listed for days after being sold out. "

"Good prices but glitches in their inventory and order process can waste lots of your time. Example: I pressed place order button couple times due to lag and four orders were created. Contacted via chat their support over several days could not even see the orders in their system where as I could see them on my credit card. Eventually resolved but wasted my time. As compensation I was offered 15% off on next purchase which matches their 15% discount offer for any first purchase. Support people are reasonably nice and try to help but must be frustrated by their glitchy / limited software."
