"Your website is an absolute disgrace. I will never be recommending anyone to use your services as the whole time the website was slow to load becoming very frustration. When I tried to type my address it claimed that someone was already using that address even though I live on campus at a university and therefore it is a communal address. I was forced to make an account to see if the address would work this time and finally it did. As I placed me order for an IPhone XR the page wasn’t responding until it finally started working again and I received my confirmation order. As I checked my orders, to my astonishment your website had processed two orders of the same phone and so I had to go through a separate page to have one cancelled only to receive an email from your company that the phone has not met “Grade A standards” and so it will be cancelled. Now I am left confused as to whether my original order will still be processed and I will receive my phone or if that also has been cancelled. This website was an utter joke. I hope I will rive a reply from this!
P.S. to more surprise I cannot attach any screenshots for you to see and verify my claims as it comes up there was a problem attaching the file.
P.S.S. I cannot believe that this is an official website, it is now telling me that there is a problem processing this complaint and I need to try again. So after typing this, you probably won’t even receive it. "

"I bought (or thought I had bought) a TV on the site. I used a credit card I've held for many years, and my billing/shipment address have not changed in a dozen years. Long story short, I got an email about "fraud" concerns and was requested to send in a picture of my credit card and state ID. Reluctantly I did so, but redacted all of the personal info by pasting "VIP Outlet" and either the date or the order number on both. I verified my credit card showed as charge pending. I got no fraud alerts from the card.
The next day, I got an email that the attachment had been received. The next email that evening said due to fraud concerns they could not process the order and had refunded the card. I checked and the TV was now not listed for sale, and my card statement showed no refund. The charge was instant, but the refund was not. Where did my TV go?
AFAIK, this is a phishing scheme to get credit card and state ID info. I'm thankful I redacted the items so they cannot be used for that purpose. Since they are located in my state, I plan on filing a complaint with the state Attorney General to put a stop to operations such as this one.
UPDATE 11/27/19- After posting a negative review I received an email from the parent company The Recon Group. This email claimed the TV did not meet their standards for sale and they could not find an equivalent model, so the transaction was canceled. Note this never was mentioned in the prior emails, which said it was a matter of not being able to process my credit card. This is more evidence of the fraud involved with this company."

"I received a reminder that items were in my cart. I found that helpful and immediately attempted to place my order. Unfortunately, when I entered my order information the price on two items increased. I spoke with Cheryl and she asked me to write to customer service, which I did. Unfortunately, Bruno said they would not honor the price on the reminder. I don’t understand this decision. I subsequently placed a smaller order than I would have had you honored the original price, So, you lost a larger sale and I paid more for something than I had expected to. As a first time customer this doesn’t give me confidence to return to VIPOutlet. "

We do not want any of our customers to deal with any kind of credit card or identity theft. Based on the information you submitted with your order a fraud concern was raised. We reached out to you for more information. But, the order was declined. Due to this your order had to be canceled. The product you ordered was released since your order had to be canceled.
We would recommend contacting your financial institution to see if there is any concern with your accounts. Or, you can use Amazon Pay to place your order with us. Amazon Pay is an alternate payment method that can be used on our site. Amazon does their own fraud checks on orders that are different from our own. If you Amazon Pay account is accepted then you can place orders without going through our own in house fraud checks. This would be an alternative you can use to place your orders. ”
