"I'm not sure why my credit was claimed as questionable and the order canceled until after I sent in a query as to their ability to ship promptly. My credit card company called to verify the order from Google Wallet. Which I did. But, then I heard nothing from ValleySeek until I initiated an Order Status query.
A while later, I had received notification that my credit was questionable, and hence, my order canceled. I subsequently placed the same order with another company and got my products delivered overnight. No issues or hassle with my credibility.
Not going to bother with ValleySeek again.

"I do not recommend buying anything from this unscrupulous company. I purchased a product that they knew (or should have known was incompatible with Windows 7. I later discovered numerous documented instances on the internet of Windows 7 incompatibility with my purchase. ValleySeek was very slow to respond to inquiries until I threatened ti withhold credit card payment. They finally agreed to accept a return (I had to pay for the return) but did not give me a credit or respond to further inquiries. I pursued a credit through my credit card company and ValleySeek had the audacity to deduct S&H and 5% restocking fee foe a product that should never have been sold without a desclaimer about Windows 7 incompatibility. So I'm out S&H both ways and 5% restocking. I will never do business again with ValleySeek and I recommend everyone else avoid it too umless you like to waste money, time and become frustrated."
