Obviously I had to cancel my order the day that I was supposed to receive the expedited shipment because Valley Seek, for some totally unexplainable reason, informed me on that very day that THEY had cancelled my order due to a "suspicious" or "risky" shipping address??????
Hey guys.....sort that out when you receive the order.....not 4 or 5 days later!
As a consequence of Valley Seeks' incompetence, my clients were most unhappy and a project was set back for a week. In all, approximately 23 contractors, consultants and investors were horribly "put out". Naturally, the name "Valley Seek" has been the subject of many memos.....and not in a flattering way. Consider this as the gift that "keeps on giving", for I intend to continue the practice of relating my experience with your company with my clients and business associates throughout a 5 state area of the Pacific Northwest at every opportunity.
Oh.....just so that there isn't any misunderstanding (because who knows what or how you will react to this).....I am not happy with nor impressed in any way by the company, Valley Seek.
