"No. I placed the order on a weekend, then quickly cancelled the order by email as there was no one in. I was under the impression that the case included a keyboard, which it did not and when I read the fine print, cancelled the order.
The order shipped anyway and now I have to try and figure out how to send it back and get a refund..I imagine I'll have to pay for shipping, too. Disappointed."

"I made dozens of attempt via the web, e-mail and telephone to contact ValleySeek regarding an error with my order. They failed to use the shipping address that I supplied during the checkout process and, as a result, the case I purchased went to my billing address 700 miles away. I am now out over $300.
When I did make contact with someone via telephone, he mumbled something about talking to his supervisor to get FedEx to re-route the package to the correct address and assured me he would contact me via e-mail to followup. That e-mail never came and the expensive computer case was delivered to the wrong person."
