"NEVER BUY FROM VALLEYSEEK!!! Below is the comment I received from ValleySeek. After three days, they tell me that the product was mislisted (what else is mislisted?!?!).

"I would definently recommend this place! Have been looking for the Speck MacBook case for my MacBook for weeks because they are $50-60+ in stores. Every e-tailer I found was out of stock and had my case on backorder for weeks. Found valleyseek.com through a Google search and the case was $40 including shipping and they had it to my house within a day or two. Can't say how happy I am and I will return again if I need anything else."

"This appears to be a problem vendor. The item pictured was not the item they shipped. Vendor took 2 weeks to respond to inquiry and, while they did grant an RMA, they failed to explain why the problem occurred. As of now, they also have not offered to pay for my return shipping. I would not order from them again."

"Extremely fast delivery, within 36 hours of ordering. FedEx left package at front door without requiring signature, which is more convenient for us. The item purchased is very nice and no problems thus far.

My research indicates that Valley Seek offered the lowest price on the item purchased. One other source for finding the lowest prices indicates that Buy.com had this item, at some recent point in time, for just $4.00 less than what I paid. But as of the time I searched, Buy.com did not have the lowest price at all. Prices can evidently change daily, so we all should watch very closely when shopping for the lowest prices.

The only thing that concerns me about Valley Seek is the couple of very bad customer reviews appearing on this website. Because of the thoroughly ABYSMAL service to which Valley Seek evidently subjected at least 2-3 customers in the recent past, they have seen fit to write up the kind of customer feedback reviews which drive new customers AWAY from any merchant.

My own experience with Valley Seek has been very good. However, I would say to the powers that be at Valley Seek: You are making a huge mistake in not caring for ALL customers in the same, good, reliable manner. Inconsistent service which results in extremely poor customer feedback remarks almost caused me, personally, to make the decision to STAY AWAY from Valley Seek. It was a tough decision to make, to take this chance, shopping with this company for the first time. Valley Seek, please take care of ALL of your customers so that no one leaves the kind of frighteningly horrible customer reviews which appear on this site, from at least a few of your recent customers. People are driven away by bad customer feedback. Please take care of the customers you have caused to write such horrible reviews!

"Woefully bad service. I requested to cancel a backordered item in December. They shipped it anyway in early January and charged my credit card. It took 3 weeks and the intervention of Google Checkout to get a return authorization. Following their receipt of my return, the company failed to refund the charge. They haven't responded to my emails (they don't seem to have a phone number!), refused a certified letter requesting the refund, and when contacted by Google Checkout, promised my credit in one business day. The days on their planet must be a lot longer than here on Earth, for I've yet to receive my credit. As a last resort, I'm working with my credit card issuer to dispute the charge. Avoid this merchant if you can--they have a large number of negative reviews on Google Checkout (1 in 10 reviews is negative), and it's not worth the aggravation for you or the risk to your credit card!"

"ValleySeek continues to incorrectly list a product on their site which they do not have, 2.5 months after I showed them their mistake on (1/3/09). They advertise the Atdec Freestanding Quad monitor stand (which is a mount for 4 LCD monitors) for $165.56 - a very low price. The Atdec Model # is V-FS-Q.

They show a photo of the stand with 4 monitors, and last December 28, when I ordered it, they called it a V-FS-Q model. However, I received a V-FS-DV instead (which is a DUAL VERTICAL mount for only 2 monitors, not 4).

I sent email immediately, asking them to send me the correct item. Instead, a few days later, they sent me a return shipping label, with NO EXPLANATION. Did they plan to send me the correct item, and if so, when? Or did they plan to refund my money, and if so, when? Or did they intend to just keep both my money and the returned item?-- They DO NOT TELL YOU.

(Also, they sent the shipping label to a different email address, rather than replying to the address I was writing them from. They sent it to my gmail address, from the Google Checkout which I had used to pay for the item -- but that is not the address I normally use, so I did not even find the label they sent until several more days later.)

Plus, they do not answer emails and do not publish their phone # - I had to search VERY hard on the web to find it - it is ***-***-****. But, if you call them, they do not answer the phone nor return your call. Their address, also hear-impossible to find, is 2935 RUBINO CIRCLE, SAN JOSE, CA 95125

I shipped the wrong item back to them on 1/5. I sent emails repeatedly, asking them to send me the correct item. No reply. EVENTUALLY, on 1/20 (15 days after I had shipped the item back), I received a refund from them, NO EXPLANATION.

They do not have the item I ordered, yet they continue to advertise that they do sell it.

(The only thing they have done is that they have corrected the model # on their listing to V-FS-DV - ***BUT*** the listing STILL shows the QUAD Photo, the listing is titled "Visidec Quad", and the description states - "Visidec Quad Mount suits four LCD Flat Panel Displays from 12" to 24"...")

I would not purchase anything from these people if I were you.

They took my money for 22 days, they wasted an enormous amount of my time, they are unresponsive to customer requests, I never did get the product that I needed, AND they continue to mis-advertise the product. Their conduct is probably illegal, but I don't have the time or funds to pursue it. I filed a BBB complaint

"They have listed item Nokia 500 GPS as NEW, but when I have opened it, it was a open box with missing carrying case. There is no # to contact and all the emails are not answered so far. Very bad service people.
The order came very promptly in 2days(probably since they are going to wind up its stock before I change my mind.) After my order they started showing up as discontinued.
