"The price was great, in fact the best, but the customer service was horrendous. They shipped my package (to my home) and marked it for "Direct" signature requirement which means I have to be home to sign for it. I'm not independently wealthy and work for a living. How do they expect me to be home to sign for a package? "Indirect" would allow a note/neighbor or even my signature release I have on file with FedEx. I emailed them about this and they said they wouldn't change it and told me I could request a Hold at a FedEx location (which is about 20 miles away), but the Hold at location option wasn't available for the shipment (per FedEx). When I tried replying back, I got no response. I sent multiple emails and got no response. I couldn't call them because they list no phone number on their site. Even their domain registration info is invalid and the "phone" number goes to a fax machine and when I tried to report this to InterNIC, they said they had already received a complaint on the domain that week -- surprise, surprise."
