"VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I ORDERED A CAMERA VALUED OVER £300.00 AT THE END OF JUNE, THE ORDER PROCESS DIDNT COMPLETE CORRECTLY AND AN ERROR MESSAGE CAME UP, AND WE DIDNT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL SO WE WENT THROUGHT HE ORDER PROCESS A 2ND TIME AND IT DID COMPLETE AND GENERATED AN ORDER NUMBER BUT DIDNT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. ON THE DAY OF THE DELIVERY 2 CAMERAS WERE DELIVERED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRSTLY SAID THEY WOULD ONLY RECEIVE THE DUPLICATED CAMERA BACK AFTER CHARGING ME ADMIN AND RETURN COSTS AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND TELEPHONE CALLS AND A REMINDER OF THE DISTANTCE SELLING REGULATIONS, THEY AGREED TO ACCEPT THE CAMERA FOR A REFUND. I RETURNED THE CAMER AT A COST OF ALMOST £10 1ST CLASS RECORDED, SIGNED FOR DELIVERY OVER A MONTH AGO BUT THEY STILL DONT KNOW IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT BACK IN THEIR WAREHOUSE OR NOT. AFTER A FURTHER CALL TODAY THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL CHECK AND COME BACK TO ME BUT NOT NECESSARILY TODAY.
