"Had previous orders with them, but service has not been so good this time. The product I chose turned out of stock and they were unsure of availability. Instead, they had offered same item on a different color which I agreed on. A new order has been created but took time also for dispatched. Delivery has just been completed after 3 weeks and arrived with an incompatible plug."

It took five days to approve my item and two days handling before I smelt a rat. I then checked many more review sites for this company, and found there were many more unhappy people who had either never received the item, or been refunded their hard earned money. I cancel this order on the seventh day of the cooling off period if 08/08 2015. Having looked again at the positive reviews on trust pilot and this site it made me think of just how many of them were genuine. I have also looked again at the very polite reply's given by this company to people who have issues. i genuinely believe that these are just another delaying tactic to keep you at bay, having received one myself last time I wrote on the site. I am now awaiting a full refund and will keep updating this site as things proceed."
