"The experience was mostly good. However, when I contacted support to report a missing part, it was a little bit of a pain. It took two different emails (in which I had to include different photos each time) and phone calls before they could accept that they HAD actually omitted a part from the box. THEY were adamant that they hadn't and so I was made to feel like I was either a) making a mistake or b) lying. I am stoked with the product, and the price. Just left a slight sour taste. "

"I purchased NikonD5500 with18-140mm kit lens from valuebasket.com, after reading some positive reviews on diff sites like this.
Although processing of order took almost 4-5 days, but shipping was fast. It reached from Hongkong to Fremont,California in almost a day. Shipment picked up was Aug 17,2015 & DHL delivered it at my doorstep on Aug18,2015 around mid-day. Really amazed although was bit hesitant in beginning. Wrote couple of emails also during order processing but got reply each time. ( ordered on Aug 10, Camera on my doorstep on Aug 18).
Also about product, it was packaged perfectly & in perfect new packed condition including all accessories.
